Mailing your ballot

Earlier this year, Oregon changed its law so you don’t need a stamp when mailing your ballot! So you can placed your filled out ballot in the mailbox or you can also deliver your ballot to a dropbox anytime before 8:00pm on November 3rd. 

Dropping off your ballot

You can put your ballot in a drop box anytime before 8:00pm on November 3rd.

Here are 24-hour Official Ballot Drop Sites in East County:

  • Gresham Library– 385 NW Miller Ave

  • Voting Center Express – Limited Hours (8am to 5pm Monday - Friday) – Multnomah County East Building, 600 NE 8th St. – There is an Official Ballot Drop Box located inside the Voting Center Express on the first floor of the Multnomah County East Building. It is open only during voting center open hours. You will need to park and then walk inside to deposit your ballot.

  • Rockwood Library – 17917 SE Stark St

  • Regal Cinemas parking lot behind M & M Car Wash at SE 165th Ave & Division 

  • Fairview Library – 1520 NE Village St

  • Troutdale Library – 2451 SW Cherry Park Rd

  • Midland Library – 805 SE 122nd Ave

If you have a ballot issue

To fix your ballot problem (e.g. request a new ballot, fix registration, to get assistance, etc.), you can call the Elections Office at 503-988-VOTE (8683) or email elections@multco.us.

You can also go to the Voting Center Express Gresham (600 NE 8th St, Gresham) between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
